  2. Mindful breathing and relaxation: this type of yoga session focuses on teaching children how to use their breath to calm their minds and bodies. Children can learn techniques such as belly breathing and visualization to help them relax and reduce stress.

  3. Partner or family yoga: this type of yoga session involves practising yoga poses together with a partner or family member. It can be a fun way to strengthen relationships and build trust, as well as improve physical health.

  4. Yoga games: yoga games can be a fun way to engage children and encourage them to explore yoga poses and concepts.

  5. Yoga and storytelling: this type of yoga session combines storytelling with yoga poses to create a fun and engaging experience for children.
