Kate Milburn

Kate is a primary school teacher with 28 years classroom teaching experience. She has been practising yoga since her teens and teaching it to the students in her classes for many years. Kate completed kids yoga teacher training: Level 1 with Yoga Kids SA in 2018 and went on to do her 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2019. She has taught classes in the southern suburbs and for Yoga Garage in Belair. She runs family yoga sessions, works regularly in ELC ( childcare centres and kindergartens ) and vacation care programs and offers after school classes in Belair.

 

Kate is passionate about children’s wellbeing and sees yoga, meditation, mindfulness and breathing techniques as being a needed counterbalance to today’s online and busy life.
